Lynnora is our agent to sell our house that we had lived in for 50 years. After that long, there were many features that did not appeal to current buyers. She was very knowledgeable regarding what was needed. She went to stores and selected items (lighting, flooring, etc.) and found installers and over saw the improvements. After those changes, offers started coming in. Lynnora arranged for a person to come and trim and down trees that were dying, trim shrubs, clean up areas, and mow the lawn.
